A. Postage is currently FREE on all deliveries.
Q. How can i pay?
A. Payment on this site is through Paypal which is one of the largest and most secure payment systems online. Payment is also accepted over the phone for any of the items available.
Q. How do i use search on your site?
A. The search bar 
can be found to the right hand side of the webpage. If you were looking for a ‘Bermuda Banknote’ then you simply type the words bermuda and banknote into the box and then click on the search button. The search will then present you with bermuda banknotes in a list to the left.
Q. How often do you add new stock to your site?
A. We add stock to our site on a weekly basis. This is often (but not always) spread between the collector ranges.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. James & Sons have been dealing and auctioning collectables for almost fifty years.
Q. Do you offer discounts on several purchases made at once?
A. We do not offer discounts on multiple purchases as standard. We do however offer promotional discounts and these offers will always be advertised on the site.
Q. Can i visit the shop?
A. We welcome new clients to our shop daily. All items that are shown on the website are also available to purchase instore and we stock many thousands of items in our shop that are not yet available online.
Q. Where are you?
A. We are situated in the UK in the county of Norfolk. Our shop is almost directly in the centre of Fakenham town and we are in easy walking distance of any of the car parks (most of which are free!).
